Keep LEFT at the fork at the ramp.
Turn RIGHT onto Water Street/MA-122E.
65 Water Street will be the large brick building on the right. 

From West:
Take the Mass Pike (I-90) East. 
Take Exit 10 toward I-290/Worcester/I-395/Oxford/Webster. 
Merge onto I-290 East via the exit on the LEFT toward Worcester. 
Take the RT-122A North Exit, Exit 13 toward Kelley Square. 
Turn LEFT on MA-122A/Vernon Street. 
Stay STRAIGHT to go onto Water Street/MA-122E. 
65 Water Street will be the large brick building on the right.  

From North:
Take I-495 South.
Merge onto I-290 West via Exit 25B toward Worcester.
Take the RT-122 Exit, Exit 14 toward Barre/Uxbridge.
Keep LEFT at the fork at the ramp.
Turn RIGHT onto Water Street/MA-122E.
65 Water Street will be the large brick building on the right. 

From South:
Take MA-146 North.
Turn LEFT onto MA-122A/MA-146/Ballard Street
Turn RIGHT onto Providence Street/MA-122A.
Turn slight LEFT onto Winthrop Street / MA-122A.
Stay STRAIGHT to go on to Water Street / MA-122E.
65 Water Street will be the large brick building on the right.
